Ford stopped making falcon utes and sedans in 2016 when they closed the Australian factory.

Yeah, no more sedans here either. Basically just SUV's and trucks now, except for the Mustang and maybe 1 or 2 other cars. Can't remember off hand.

SUV's and trucks are all the big 3 (Ford, GM, Chrysler) want to make anymore here. Some of us still like cars, but that doesn't matter...all about the profits, which I can understand, to an extent.

We have the mustangs now, to replace the falcons I believe. I think the only utes they offer down here now are the Ranger trucks.

Sad really, I’ve owned a falcon Ute since the early 90’s. First one was a XF carby model, then the first fuel injected model, the XG. Only sold the XG last year. I picked up this FG XR6 about 4 years ago. I think I will keep it for awhile.

I remember when having a BMW Car was considered flashy. The "Big 3" 1/2 ton pickups are like the Chevy Novas, Ford Falcons, and Dodge Darts of the 21st Century. They are slowly eliminating passenger cars..

An LS1 swapped S13 Silvia. Did all the work myself without a kit and it's fully legal here in Australia, which is a pretty hard thing to do.

Before I started on bikes I did up a few cars. KL V6 swapped 1st gen MX5 (Miata), restored a 1979 KE55 Corolla and a few other bits and pieces.

Since we moved/downsized/retired, I've had to divest myself of almost all my fun cars/bikes. I still own my old work truck and I just recently traded in the family mid-size sedan for a VW GTI. Between that and my Harley, I'm ok.
