I've noticed a sharp decline in decent craiglist ads lately, presumably because of the newly instituted fees. Kind of sad, I used to enjoy just window shopping during my lunch break. Even just since i bought my IH back in September I was finding 10-20 ads locally, now I am rarely finding more than 5.

Lots of folks are selling on FB Marketplace now. It has an international audience. I recently sold my 72 Triumph Daytona there.

It was purchased by a buyer in England, who sent a local guy to pick it up. He loads 36 bikes in a shipping container and sends them over.

I was thrilled to be contacted by the NEW owner who has kept me updated on the old girl!

I've been watching the Mecum Auctions for the last 3 days.

If those prices are indicative the bubble in collector bikes has burst.

Which might be why people aren't selling their bikes. They don't want to give them away.
