It's only rated to 450 continuous degrees farenheit.


But it is "some type of teflon hose" -- sorta.


Personally, I consider cutting a bit of soft tube with a pair of shears and screwing down a clamp to be easier than running copper lines.


You may also contact an aviation company. Many will supply FEP line in just about any color you want.

I couldn't agree more.

The only thing I've ever noticed is that when I've gone closer to .030, my low speed oil consumption increases about 25%. But, I've never broken rings -- even when severly overheating a motor.

Trade offs . . .
