sportster damper and short spring.jpg
This how the manual shows it assembled, Just not sure on the length of the spring to put under the damper
one spring is roughly 2"
other two springs are 1"

That short spring is the topping spring. Install one of the 1" springs.

Ok got the bike back together and have done a test ride, got 3 1/2" of travel and 1 1/2" sag sitting on the bike
World of difference in how the bike rides now that its been returned to the proper ride height
