I think the diaphragm material would be great ,just need a source,or the stock cover gasket from James,or OEM ,are you sure there is no problem on the case surface?Micro cracks, bungered thread holes etc. bad news but no sense chasing white rabbits

There was one crack on the fron case but I fixed it with jb weld & ran a tap down in the hole because it was threaded. After that the surface looks good.

The more & more I mess with it the more I start looking ar belt drive, plugging the transmission & drilling a hole in the top to fill it or something lol.
