Default Rear drum brake sprocket

I am looking to replace the rear sprocket on sportster drum brake. The part number for sportster is 41470-70 The part number for a big twin ring is 41470-30. I cross referenced that number and saw that the big twin ring will work with sportsters. Does anyone know that this is true?

Just be aware that you can also choose from 2 sizes if you’re gonna do a rear sprocket replacement.
