This is the real thing. All good stuff with chassis prep. Lower end prep works for late Ironhead

Yep, I printed that out last year and put it into the XR1000 section of my HD shop manual. You never know when you might need info like that...

A good example of why the new XR1200s should have their own section. This invaluable stuff like this excellent thread will just get lost among the flood of unrelated modern bike posts.

But thanks for the post. I'll put a link to it in the Ironhead section as a lot of the non-head info is the same.
