Default 2014 XLForum Sportster Shootout / Roll Call

http://krpi.com/Schedule/Season%20Schedule.html

The nice folks at Kearney Raceway Park, in Kearney Nebraska, will be hosting the 2nd Annual XLForum Shootout again this year, and were nice enough to list us on the schedule for this one.

We'll be part of their "Armed Forces Race to Victory" weekend, June 28th & 29th 2014.

This thread is just to gather a semi-accurate count for this event. Last year I think like 20 bikes said they were coming, we wound up with 10. This was a great event last year. I expect this year to be even better,, mostly because I'm going to win.

So, hit the poll to make a rough count easy, then post up. Let us know where you're coming from, how many folks are coming with you, and how many bikes you're bringing.

Thanks,
onebrkbstrd

I'll start.
I'm coming from Tacoma, WA and bringing my family of 6. I'll have 2 Sportsters and 1 rider. Hoping to only race one sportster, but I'll fire up the backup if this year goes like last.

I was hoping to make this event but I am hosting a major party a couple of weeks later and need to be home to prep. Take lots of pictures!

Im in. Most likely with my same group as last year. Doug, maybe we can hook up on the ride out there this year.

we will probably do the same as last year. We will take two days to get out there and two back. I don't have an iron ass like you. But we had a ton of fun each night when we stayed camping or at the hotel, due to the crazy rain on the way home.

I already have the time off on the schedule!!!

Actually, anyone going west through Illinois across the northern area, we can hook up on the ride out. The direct route is easy as hell. We may go a little out of the way this year for some more scenic roads.

That sounds good! We will be in touch! I haven't even torn my bike down yet..... I got a bad 2nd degree burn over the whole top of my right foot in November that had me out of commission for quite some time......

I'm looking forward to the shootout this year!
