Somebody has done holes in the metal cover of the intake of a iron 883 2016 . Which is a big and ugly circle ?

Where did they make holes in that cover? In the curved edge, or the flat face?

if i am not mistaken, the new bolts have smaller holes
anywho, i do not use them, made my own set up out of aluminum round bar

If it helps,i find it easier to remove the breather bolts if the motor is hot.

In performance, on a stock motor, the jury is out... performance enhanced motor, I would say, Yes. Is it an improvement? Not if you ride in the rain. Looks ..maybe.
