Yep, I see the need for a good sign guy here. Either that or a butcher block and a freezer.

We have not gotten this carried away around here with people we know/work with especially.
Funny thing is, surrounding states went into lock down weeks ago. Not IA where the death toll is extremely small compared to these neighboring states in lockdown. 22 vs. like 360 in IL.
My routine has not changed at all.

Hi,
Australia is that we are not allowed Non-Essential travel as well as other lock down rules. 'Maybe' could get away with riding a bike to the shops etc for necessary items. One case recently a mother and her daughter were fined for travelling in their vehicle about 40 miles from their home while the daughter was learning to drive = Non-Essential. This Easter citizens are warned to stay home.
All the best wishes to everyone at these troubles times.

Yep, we've already changed a lot of our trip plans this year. Hopefully we'll still be able to get some in in 2020.

I just did a Walmart outside pick-up this morning. The employees had masks and gloves.
No one going in or out of the store, including the cop at the front door, had any PPE whatsoever.

Around here they listen more to what AMLO says than anyone in DC or Austin.
Well, that sucks about your beard, AND the high rate of c-19 in your area.

Mary and I are not going anywhere in public. We have not been in a public building of any sort in 4 weeks now.

I am working from home. The photo above is the closest I've been to any one besides Mary in weeks.

We have a neighbor that is still doing her weekly grocery shopping, just like she always has. Mary gives her a list of what vegetables and fruit we need. She picks it up during her shopping, brings it over and leaves it on the porch. Mary then sprays it before bringing it in the house.

Wow. Never had that happen. I did lose an "toy" drone a few years back, due to pilot error. Hours of searching thru the thickets and I did not find it. Mary went out and found it in 10 minutes. Go figure!

Nope.

Out here. Kinda sorta subject to interpretation.

I still putt around town,
I called the local county Sheriff offices and they both said it was fine to ride, just not in a group.

They have a sense of smell and hearing that we can only marvel at. The lesson here is to send her out FIRST.

There will be a "new normal" only if we allow the fear mongers to convince us that the lies they are feeding us every day in the media are the truth. As far as I'm concerned, when they relax the travel restrictions & re-open the economy, it's back to "business as usual". Hand shakes & hugs, etc. I agree 100% that we need the restrictions. For now.
