Hey Ireeman,, What type of helmet do Asgardians wear on Asgardia? Just curious.

When I first started riding, I went ATGATT. Then the Florida summer came. I was cooking in my mesh jacket and the heat in my full face HJC was unbearable unless I was going over 40mph. Then there was the rain with condensation/fogging and water intrusion.

I've gone through various other lids since. Half helmets, 3/4's, Bell and Nolan modulars, and Biltwell Gringos (standard and S). For the last year and a half I've ridden without and have gotten somewhat accustomed to it, but there is always that little nagging voice in the back of my mind, so I just picked up a Biltwell Lane Splitter. We'll see how that goes.

This figure cannot possibly be known, at least in a way that means anything. Perhaps the total number of injuries/deaths may be known. But that figure is meaningless without knowing the number of riders/rides that could have affected the total. Some states/areas have a lot of everyday/year around riders. Others not so much.

Even more telling, and a number that can't possibly be known, is how many riders experienced an incident of some sort and were able to get up and ride, or at least walk, away instead of being hauled anyway to a hospital. Or a morgue.
