I listened to the exhaust and you really dont hear it. i also ran the bike with the valve cover off listening at points on the top figuring there was slop on the rockers but that's all normal sewing machine noice..I'm thinking I have 2 options left.. pull the front jug and check the wrist pin for any play.. or order up an ignition

Not sure because this was a while ago, but I think the noise was very loud on the exhaust flange only, not on the pipe at all. You would need to touch the stethoscope probe directly to the flange for the noise I was referencing.

Wedge, I did both the flange and pipe it was the same..

I pulled the jug today the piston looked good.i pulled the piston and the bushing and wrist pin are good too. I'm thinking of ordering an ignition maybe I have an issue there.. mechanically i cant find any problems

Check the valves, valve springs, and valve seats, could have a weak spring, or minor bent valve or valve seat loose. Could also be the wrist pin as has already been stated.

Koolbreeze that's the plan for later today going to pull the springs off and inspect and check the valves and make sure I didn't miss anything like a cracked spring.
