i think the Hammer and NRHS kits are just the S&S collapsible kits with the addition of their own single piece billet bases.



and you don't have to buy collapsible pushrod tubes. you could buy just the gasket kit and replace the gaskets. the collapsible tubes are a great convenience if you have them for sure. but you don't need them. and on 03 and under bikes you don't need to pull the heads to get the tubes out. you just gotta take off the rocker boxes and remove the pushrods.

I have hammers billet bases. Couldn't make them not leak not leak. May try the crazy glue next time I tear down.

NRHS uses zippers tubes and bases, not sure about Hammer...

last time around I ended up using the cometic blue seals they seemed to work great.. just a major pain to get them seated.. lots of lube.. lOL
