Except that i only have a very annoying ringing in my ears called tinnitus. I’m really confused because my left ear is hearing audio and noises as if they have been treble boosted while my right ear is hearing normal. It’s been like that for almost 2 days now and I’ve already cleaned out any earwax (just googled ear cleaning nyc) so it’s not an earwax problem but this is really upsetting me
