Default Kickstands

Anybody out there have any ideas or advise on an aftermarket kickstand or modification that would give a bit more cornering clearance?
2000 "S" Thanks in advance.

If your kickstand drags first it's not "parking" the whole way up. I run small V-rod pegs on the factory mid controls and they start dragging and even pivot upwards well before the kickstand hits.

Are you running rearsets? Have the bike lowered on either (or both) ends? Honestly I think my stand wouldn't hit until almost the same time the primary cover would.

Thanks for that, I checked and it wasn't at the stop. Found some road tar/gravel stuck up in the way.
I'm also gonna check out the V-Rod pegs.
