That looks very nice. It follows the lines of the bike and fits nicely to the tank as it seems.

Well, no Mustang Seat Solo Vintage Smooth for me...Just got the message from the Dutch dealer that they cannot deliver. The product is currently not in stock at their supplier. They've made inquiries and the expected delivery time is still unknown...Guess they are pretty busy at Mustang or....production is slower due to some kind of flu these days. Don't want to wait for winter so I got myself a second hand OEM solo seat for now. Let's see how that works out.

I think that I read somewhere they shut down (temporarily I hope) due to Covid-19.

I think you might be right. On the Mustang site and a lot of their seats are accompanied by this remark:
"Availability: Backordered - Due to high demand, orders placed today will ship in approximately 6-8 weeks."

"Due to high demand" looks business wise more correct than "Due to Covid-19"

I just rcd a Wide Vintage Solo for my '17 1200C, 4.5 gal tank. It was ordered May 10th.

I've got a Sundowner also (that I should sell if anyone's interested...) and a LePera Daytona Daddy long Legs. The Mustang does sit me slightly higher and farther forward than the Sundowner. A plus is that "farther forward" moves my knees farther forward so they contact the tank farther forward where it's wider, no more wacking the air cleaner with my shin (offset Hammer Impact air cleaner). It also changes the seating position so my head's in cleaner, less turbulent air. That's a plus I didn't expect. It's comfy, I'll know how comfy as I get more miles on it. Only ~100+ miles on it now. I can feel that it's "breaking in".
