It's not only a fantastic track but he has a museum that's quite probably the best in the world.
Go. But plan on two days just to see the museuum. It's that big. And has that many exhibits. Just about any and everything you can think of.
Go to the races and pay for the "premium" tickets that get you into the paddocks and lunch thrown in as well.
Take a hat and sunblock. They also run a sap meet on that weekend.
The whole thing is just an amazing experience.

It sure sounds like fun but Birmingham isn't exactly just down the block! But, once again, if you're headed there I'll make a point of being there too!
And I'm just thinking, if it's so cold here, it must be pretty nice if not downright hot down there in OZ.
