Here's the link to Phillober's build. Although he's doing a full conversion in his thread, you can just follow the posts where he removes the rocker covers to relieve the pressure on the pushrods without removing the rocker arms or the heads.
It's an exceptionally good thread with lots of excellent photo's and explainations. It walks you through the entire process. In my opinion it's better than any one person can explain in type.
