Engine: 2005 883
Cylinders: NRHS 1250 conversion, iron lined aluminum
Pistons: 10:1 reverse domed pistons
Heads: stock 883
Cams: stock 883
Air filter: SE
Exhaust: SE II slip ons
Ignition: SE 1200 pro
Carb: Dyno jet kit 45/170 jets
Spark plugs: NGK DCPR9E (2 stock numbers colder than original plugs)

Now running Yost power tube, 45/190 jets and waiting on cables to custom map my TC88A ignition, getting some pinging once in a while with the SE 1200 pro ignition. Tried the TC88A with settings at 0 initial timing and 0 slope (complete minimum settings) and still get a little pinging.
Runs hot on highway at 70-80 mph with oil temps 250-260. Oil temps at idle about 220-230.

Talking Messed up the pict...

Ooops,

I must have used the wrong photo bucket link in previous reply.
Here is my chart I hope.

-Y2K or 2000 883 XL. Black of Course.
-1250 Jugs with 8cc reverse dome conversion pistons.
-HSR 42 Mikuni Carb.
-25 Pilot 172.5 Main 96 Richer Jet Needle, 3rd clip down I think.
(Actually fixed a fuel starvation that others diagnosed as reversion)
-07 SE HEAVY Breather. Similar to Forcewinder.
-Adjusted V.O.E.S.
-Vance and Hines Straight Shot Exhaust w/Baffles.

Every thing else engine wise is stock.

Still researching for different heads and cams to create a TQ monster.

just for comparison here's mine after a stage3 head porting and SE.575 cams, mikuni 42, but still the V&H pipes it had as an 883, albeit the valve guides were seriously leaking oil into the combustion chamber at the time and I'm unsure if that skewed the numbers.
