definitely...
maybe they are fitted inside the round chrome covers...
maybe not... since that bike will travel on her own only a few miles... being a show bike (yet unbalanced spinning con rods would be very very dangerous)...

If you look throgh the wheel it kind of look like there is a grease nipple above the chrome wheel. Another con rod for balance?

Looking at the gearbox, there's what might be a similar setup on the other side, presumably at 180 degrees. But the forces generated wouldn't cancel each other out, they'd tend to rock the bike from side to side & place a lot of rocking stress on the gearbox internals.

correct
you have a sharp eye...
looking more carefully... i noticed between the two pulley what seems a brake disk
