I've been personally using CBD oil for a couple of days. So far I've been feeling a little sluggish and sleepy but I will give a try to Water soluble cbd that is promised to be more effective as it is 90% absorbed by your body whereas oil is near 30%

The CBD has helped keep all the aches and pains in my joints in check and I have been able to double my workout levels at the gym. Since this time last year I’ve dropped over 25 pounds and feel and look pretty damn good for a 67 year old bloke.
I use Hemp CBD that doesn’t get you buzzed. I do use some of my home grown if I want a buzz but that doesn’t have much CBD in it.

Played a couple of hours of basketball this morning. First time in 25years.
CBD is not a magic pill but it sure does keep things in prospective.

Personally, I have nagging back pain, and I do some yoga every morning to loosen up. I also have some pain in my left hand. I'm very interested in CBD as a treatment for both. I have read on iSum.com that it works. I appreciate your experience here

I would like to try it for lower back pain and arthritis but it's still illegal in SD......our governor is firmly against any hemp or hemp products as she thinks they will all lead to recreational pot......some adults aren't really too smart.

it was illegall everywhere not long ago. your state will catch up. also federal legalization/rescheduling is a talking point in the upcoming election.

CBD is an absolute miracle cure for some people. keep in mind that CBD strains are available to grow with very low THC. i'm a former grower so i can probably answer your grow room questions should it come up.

i have no experience with "over the counter" products but the cbd items that our dispensaries have are top quality. my local shop has 13 *categories* of extracts. dispensary is your best resource once you have it in your location.

At 67, it seems like something is hurting all the time.
Two weeks ago I started taking ‘GoPureCBD Joint Formula’ and for the first 3-4 days I didn’t notice any relief.
Then I went a week with out whining to my wife about something new hurting and she wanted to know if I was all right, physically that is.
I hadn’t notice but about 80+% of all my joint pain was gone. Funny how you really only notice when you have pain and not notice when that pain that you had for years is gone and an added benefit, I’m also a little calmer which my wife likes.
Not a cure to old age but a better product to take for joint aches then little pills from big pharmaceutical company’s.

This seems to be working for me and I’m wondering what other CBD formula’s members are taking to keep them going.

And before somebody asks ‘ I’m not selling the stuff ‘

I tried several different types over the last year and non of it does a whole lot. I'm subject to randoms at work (commercial driver) so I can't have any THC in the solution. Without it I dont get any pain relief.

Ran out 6 days ago and it took that long to start feeling the old aches again.
To bad the stuff won’t permanently cure what ails you.
Better go get some more before I start taking Advil again.
