Try to find someone selling the ones from their bike (probably because they changed to forwards). It would be quite expensive to buy all the parts you need as spare parts from Harley.

For that reason (Folkie - above), you might try your local HD dealer or a local Indy shop to see if they have take offs from forward kits they installed for customers... They might have future replacements that you could be notifiied about...
If in the US, you could check on Craigslist & eBay...
