plug wires come with HYPE, you know the ole story about a person and his money.
truth told, a "CO-TANGER" make the best plug wire.
another misconception:
co-tanger or nology wire does not make the plug fire "hotter" for the lack of a better word. the major player is the condition of the chamber and the forming of the ionization channel. typically the voltage level is around 8k give or take a few. so having a co-tanger or nology wire is moot!
now if you have issues, then that 50k coil or lower ohmage lead may play a part because voltage level can rise to over come the resistance. that is why new plugs can mask a deeper issue because they fire at a lower level being spiffy clean.
