Definitely not easy but it is doable. Took me five tries and 19 years but I finally kicked them 12 years ago.
You can do this and when you do you will be amazed at how different your life will be.
Good luck and think of all the cool shit you can buy for your scoot with the extra cash

60 yro approaching next year. I smoke about 7 or 8 a day. At one time I was down to 4 or 5. I may try to revisit it. I tried at 40 and it only lasted a couple of months. Problem with smoking is that it goes hand in hand with beer.

If you want to get rid of that nasty addiction for good (or any other), try out IBOGAINE. My dad was a heavy drinker and smoker since I remember and was trying to quit multiple times, only to get back to square 1 after few months or weeks. Then I told him about that treatment and he was taking micro doses for 6 months and now is 3 years since he stopped both of those nasty habits. Good luck

Hi! How is it going? I hope you don't start smoking again. Actually, it would be a good inspiring story for me as I quit several times but started again. Maybe I really need to take special meds to get rid of this habit.

I quit in intensive care 20 years ago. No difficulties thanks to morphine drip in hospital. Cigs $3.00 a pack then, now up to $90.00 a carton where I live. Tried to quit before then tried one (1) cigarette and was hooked, again. Thinking about trying a pipe, but afraid. Don't want to be addicted to tobacco again. Since then I retired, bought a Sportster & GWing, & bigger boat & faster snowmobile. Plus numerous elk hunting trips. Still feeling good except I have the stamina of a 77 y.o. man. Plus I think I need a larger penis. 'Er Sumpin. Maybe I had too many birthdays......?

Allen Karr has a great book about easy way to quit smoking. What helped me personally - nicorette gum or something like that.
I found an information about it on canadian pharmacy website some time ago and decided to give it a try.
Was very surprised but couple of months later i wasn't addicted to cigarretes anymore.
