My next comment is based only on the fact that you have mentioned it being bulky. Otherwise the work is outstanding and I don’t think most would look at it and think bulky.
If perhaps you were to revisit this portion, how about considering making it into more of a “T” shape rather than a “7” (when viewed from the right). Could you have the lower section run parallel to the fork tube, instead of going forward from the lower mount, in plane with the lowest mounting bolt of the original fender. This could put the lower braxxet about(?) 1/2” forward of the tube. From there attach the upper braxxet utilizing the most forward mounting fender bolt as one of the attaching points. The second attachment point could be somewhere in the center of the two fender attachment bolts. This would eliminate one of your two new bolts (unsprung weight, it all counts) and also remove any “leverage” from the fender itself. Clearance to the slider has to be considered.
Does this make sense?
Like my original statement, very nice work and my comments are based solely on your statement.
Very well done nonetheless.
Sometimes I get immersed into the CAD work so much, that I end up chasing millimeters thinking that it matters. But in really it probably doesn't.

That's a solid advice. I particularly like the idea of utilizing fender mounting bolt. I have never thought of that.

In any case, I have an idea how to use that open space for some fancy parts.

I think I will add fork guards.

These should protect fork sliders and maybe it will look nice too.
