Not really a CAPA. I think the seller made that up to make the motorcycle appear to be more valuable, which it is not

The meaning I found has to do with a class of race cars. CAPA is the initials of the 4 guys who founded the class. Minimal, stripped down racing vehicles.

I found the one with the Kosman name on it particularly offensive as there was not a single Kosman part on it, nor is it a flat track machine (which Sandy specialized in).
