I guess start with what might have been disturbed: Check for an air leak at the carb manifold? Test if the VOES is Switching correctly?

Another possibility is a poor earth on the ignition module/coils? Have you read the spark plugs?

Good luck.

I'll check the leads to the coil.
Voes switches according to ignition module light when throttle is opened

Default Float bowl check

see the video:
Float bowl

Instructios says to tilt the carb "until the float tab
touches the spring-loaded pin in the
needle".
In the video i start to tilt the carb and at 3 secs up to the end of the video is the point where i measured the 18mm like the instructions. It's the point when the plastic bowl stops to hang....and start to follow the tilt

BUT at that point (when the plastic bowl stops to hang....and start to follow the tilt ...) the pin is a bit depressed too.
And in addition, the pin is NOT spring loaded ....
There is only a clip around the tang directly connected to the needle. And See the pic, there is a big clearance between this clip and the tang.
Is it normal?

Yes (not in the video) if i continue to tilt the carb, the 18mm becomes less because the bowl push the pin deeper to a complete stop.

The only position of the bowl where the pin is in contact BUT not depressed is at second 1 of the video.

The real big problem is that I cleaned an removed 3 times in a day the carb but it continue to PEE from the overflow hose, It is pissing strong!.
The needle and seat are clean like mirror! no varnish no flakes ,nothing... the o-ring is perfect.
The problem is that started to piss yesterday and I removeda and cleaned 3 times.
It was holding perfect until yesterday.

One question: the needle has 4 corners and 4 curve surfaces . The needle nedd to be inserted in the seat in a particular orientation? (Even if YES the clip holding the needle cant prevents to the needle to turn on its axle.
I'M lost.

OK I made another check to the float bowl. It's perfect 18mm like the tunng manual specs.

About the overflow this time I've found a curl of rubber in the fuel inlet just where it meet the needle/seat. It's a black curl made of rubber but I can't figure which can be the source.
A piece of the fuel hose? NO because I have a clear polyurethane fuel line.

Yes. It can be. Actually I just switched to a new petcock... and the lever to turn to OFF(or RESERVE) is really hard to move.
Mor e I think to petcock and more i think is the culprit.
Usually (bad habit) i do not turn OFF the fuel.
But lately I tried to remember to switch off the petcock while parked or overnight. And maybe I'm forcing with drag to a o ring with friction.
