Default xlh 1000 82 start

when I try to start firest everything ok .but after a short ride or day after is seems to be that it's hard for the starter to complete full spin only after I push the button hard. the motorcycle run after connecting an external charger voltage 13volt I start easy. may the battery fail????

Most like you’re battery is on its way out. Take it to a parts store and have them load test it. If you’re lucky it will just be a bad battery.

If they say the battery is good then you have an issue with your charging system.
