Default Air gap

Hi I got progressive springs fitted in my 12 yr nightster. What is the correct air gap for progressive springs does anyone know. I read some say 175 mm and some say 140mm

Racetech says 150mm, which not coincidentally is also about 6".

That's just it I bought bike with progressive fitted so dont have any relevant instructions. Wondered if someone has them to hand ?
