I'll use the fender tank on another build. I'm thinking of building a sportster with a single sided swingarm and a gsxr front end.

Sportster is finished. I did heat cycles and a test ride Saturday. I had a klunk in the front end like bad neck bearings but those are new when I reinstalled the front end. After a thorough inspection I found the front legs on the springer to be a 1/4" too long causing them to contact the axle spacer. I disassembled the springer and ground the legs to the proper lengrh. Motor runs very smooth.

Yep, VHT epoxy paint takes a few days to dry so I'll reassemble the front end Saturday.I might wear boots this time. I don't wear shoes at home no matter the project and this was the result of disassembling the springer in bare feet.

Bike looks good. Man you new englanders really love that reservoir. Hope that open front tire don't throw any rocks at that tank and mess up that nice paint job.
