I'll use the fender tank on another build. I'm thinking of building a sportster with a single sided swingarm and a gsxr front end.

Battery box is under the oil tank. Very generic old school bobber.

Sportster is finished. I did heat cycles and a test ride Saturday. I had a klunk in the front end like bad neck bearings but those are new when I reinstalled the front end. After a thorough inspection I found the front legs on the springer to be a 1/4" too long causing them to contact the axle spacer. I disassembled the springer and ground the legs to the proper lengrh. Motor runs very smooth.

Yep, VHT epoxy paint takes a few days to dry so I'll reassemble the front end Saturday.I might wear boots this time. I don't wear shoes at home no matter the project and this was the result of disassembling the springer in bare feet.

The kit fits flawlessly using TC Bros measurements.
The only mishap was on the last frame cut the sporty fell over and scuffed the springer. I'm having it powder more
coated so I guess it don't matter much.
The previous owner should have all tools removed from his property, very poor craftsmanship on anything he did.
