It seems the TDS for the gallon has either has vanished or is not available.
No thinner specs or baking specs.
The gallon would still need to be thinned for good viscosity run.

That 7 days for a full cure at 70 F points out the benefit of an oven cure!...and it would be longer at higher humidity?

I expect you want to do as much yourself as practical, but you may want to consider doing the winding, but letting the motor shop do the dip and bake.

Otherwise I'd recommend the epoxy option.

I figured I'd lock the stator in a bench vise with a tightening jig to give both hands free with a semi tight spool rod on the wire.
That way I can work it without fear of unwinding.

Yes it does....
I feel like up North would be more stable in the summer for 70 deg.
But we have 45-70 deg here right now within 24 hours.

The spray can be baked.
