The last time I crossed the border from Canada to the USA, the customs agent was asking the usual questions. She asked if I had any alcohol or drugs. I said that I don’t have any and don’t use any of that. She looked at my key tag and then at me and said “life is exciting enough just as it is”. I replied that “it sure is”. She smiled, handed my passport back and said “have a nice ride”.
