The manager called the cops on them and nothing, and they've stolen from people here. I can't stop them from peacefully walking to a house they know and buying a bag, too many, too much drama, but I can stop them from yelling and scaring kids and the things mentioned above. Possible violence us the way we've had to handle it, it's all these animals understand at this point. They don't get respect, or universality, or anything. For cxxxxx sake the defecate and have sex behind the sane dumpster, I'll give mist oeopke a chance; but thus us not oeople behavior)

Also, if I would have felt imminent danger at anything I'm sure I'd have lost it on him, but he is a shell of a man, I couldn't help but laugh when he called me a pushy. He'll, if and when we meet again I'll given a free shot! That should even thongs out, I ain't no badass or anything; I just do what's right and don't care if it gets my ass kicked, and it's surprisingly effective. Many I thought would stomp me (I know where I stand, I'm under no delusion that I am below average in physical prowess and maybe slightly above in agility) walk away after being told things like "if your girl goes #2 behind our dumpster again I'll shove her retard fxxxxxx face in it" with a clear arms out aggressive posture and firm tone. (And magically the problem stops, funny how that works). But this guy in the topic is nothing.

TL;DR
Yup, right on the cusp, a butterfly flapping a peice of dust on the air could have cone to a completely different alternative.

Edit, depends what you mean by taken care of, I live in a mutual combat state AND have half custody of my daughter. He's staying away from her, but he's pissed at me and I didn't file an order for myself for a reason
I give up, this is the post now. I'm too retarded for such elegant simplicity, if I had to code in html I'd do better

But he is mentally competent enough to know what he's doing. ... to the extent a black out drunk can be anyways, if dementia or something is what you were getting at its not a factor.
I wondered if he was below 18.

I had a cop once tell me "It's not against the law to be drunk in your own house." It ought to be against the law to be drunk in front of your children but that's another argument.

Somewhere I heard, "It's not against the law to be crazy."

Sounds like what you have going on is alcohol dementia then. People drink all their lives commonly and then get to be retirement age and they've been drinking for 50 years and have a brain injury from it. I've seen it a number of times.

Now this kind of crazy garbage can happen anywhere of course but it’s way easier to manage in smaller communities, at least in my opinion. We know who the junkies and boozies are as do the cops. It’s also really easy and quick to pin them to a wall if need be and no one is going to to get too high on you if it comes to it. It’s one of the reasons the wife and I decided to head to move out to the cornfields when we decided to start our family. That and it’s just so dang cheap lol.

Yeah, we're really talking two different issues with the sane root problem.
1. My daughter's safety is something I could easily go overboard on. It's stupid two, everyweek there mom has them (like now) I'm out there at least 15 minutes every hour and don't see him. As soon. As I get my kids back he's walking around and starting crap.
On this one, I thought establishing some restraining orders against my kids and having the last altercation on the record may help me when I finally do run into him at a time when my daughter won't be scared out if her mind. But, this is also the closest I've come to losing control

2. My communities atmosphere. This is where I have no problem telling any mfer what time it is. Like I said, I don't have the people for the street ir for relatively respectful tweaks (if their not yelling or defacating or being obscene; and they know where there going ..... I'd have drama evert day if we try to stop that.
With this, I never lose my cool, it's not a razors edge situation, I try to find the minimum possible action to stop the unacceptable behavior, but often it comes down to threatening dudes who could tear me apart (I'd rather lose than punk out though)

Either way, we had 4 cop cars because some dude was pissed at his wife blowing off some steam, just yelling and he did live here. But they still can't get one to serve the fking order. I mean, I guess it works out (at thier mom's and less time fir him to prepare for court) bit they need to do it before I get my kids back this weekend!
Authority, imo, often only cares to maintain the presence of safety. People can whip ypur Damn kids as long as thier not making a scene!

In this situation idgaf if the dude was paraplegic, mad, or just drunk. Like I said, in fights about honor or integrity (a dude talks crap at a bar, you and a friend have an ussue you 2ant to sort out; that's the arena fir fair fights and considering "like blows", when it's you or yours in trouble Shively us out the window)

If it continues this way, I will go to his door. However I'd much rather meet him on neutral turf as it's a long fall for an old drunk if he acts too stupid and there's no other way. Also it may hurt my case. So if that ends up being how it must be it will be over a week out. (Maybe the order was stupid in the first place, but if I lose it on thus guy, it could be bad, I need some verified legal precedence just in case...... I still don't know, half tell me I did good, half tell me I should've floored him and ended it there, thier probably right but my stupid axx figured the justice system might actually help a female minor at least!)

Kinda, if inevitably something will (as experiences would suggest) I want it to happen on the kids' mom's week

So, I am not looking for trouble, but everyday I go out to work on the bike or ride mine multiple times to make it clear I am here (it's very annoying I only see him when my kid's around me, she's had some rough; most fights between loved ones and not for the greater good, so it's very traumatic for her. But at this point she's so scared even seeing him is traumatic (not being a drama queen, I'm not claiming like ptsd or anything but it still ain't right))

I'm also hoping my manager abd maintenance guy don't flake on thier statements, I want thus restraining order to hold and nothing to happen around my kids, he wants to settle something on mom's week, that's fine by me.
1st priority win the case, maintain the order
2nd priority I will neither confirm nor deny what the second priority is after the restraing order case is over and its not my week with the kid's, but of course I will conduct myself in a completely legal way

As a complete side note, I'm one of like 9 or 12 mutual combat states where if both parties agree it us legal to settle matters that way. Not that that has anything to do with anything.

But yes, your right, priority 1 comes 1st, and on the wild chance that priority 2 will interfere, it will have to wait. Unless it's inevitable, then I'd like to be easy to find before Saturday.

Red side of a blue state and no real threat to wellbeing (my daughter could outrun him and no longer will let him anywhere near her and I am a league above this man when it cones to physicality)

It's funny actually, I ended up missing some blocks guarding my concealed weapon, if anything this time it made conflict slightly more difficult.

But in general yes, If a barrel or incapacitating (thus offering my sidearm to them) is facing me I will try not to hesitate. I train with targets on bike tires and ropes to try to prepare myself, but I know the real thing will be quite different if and when the time cones I know I'll have the hardware, God please grant me the appropriate software, luckily never had to use it for its purpose yet, but because of that I cannot be sure sure how ill react. I hope my training works!
