this is my solution, try it, it works
Just found this thread and was suprised no one has mentioned "NO RINSE BODY WASH" as an option. I found out about it during an extended stay in the hospital basically unable to move for a while. One of the attendants came in with a warm pan of what seemed to be soapy water and said it was time for my "bath". Used the "concoction" and afterwards felt like I had just stepped out of the shower.
After the hospital stay, I went to a medical supply store and asked about it and bought a 4 oz bottle. I have used it many times while in the back country on extended hunting/camping trips. A pan of water from a stream, set by a fire to warm and a couple of drops of this and it leaves me feeling clean and fresh, almost like I just stepped out of a shower.
I almost always have it with me when a shower is not readily available.

If you have a smart phone, there's an app called Trucker Path that shows most of the truckstops on it, as well as a list of the amenities offered at each one. As a truck driver, I personally think that the best showers offered at the chains are the Love's truck stops. One thing that I find helps with the hygiene is baby wipes. Many times I've used them when I couldn't get to a shower for the night.

Here is an idea so simple and cheap. Buy an annual membership to PLanet Fitness like 20 bucks a year. They have them everywhere!
Stop in grab a shower..clean, nice and maybe some young curvy chicks working out is a bonus.
Believe me they have them everywhere and it costs nothing except your annual $20 membership!!
