Aaron, the new 88" iron lined aluminum cylinder picture on your site appears to have larger fins than the full iron 88" cylinders. Has this always been the case?

John yes, the Axtell iron lined aluminum cylinder has always been available in the big fin style only ...

It's a nice cylinder. But for a big hp build, the full cast iron is the way to go.

They're gorgeous right up until the moment you look down and see a crack in your cases

Seriously, though, it's a wonderful product, and we've used it on a lot of street builds, but it's not a race piece, at least not when it's put over stock cases. I start getting nervous when I see someone go over 120hp on them with stock cases, and I really get scared over 130hp, it's a matter of "when" not "if".

By comparison, this was done on stock cases with cast iron cylinders ...

... and we leaned on the button for miles at a time, over and over, and never broke the cases. Eventually broke a Carrillo, and it broke the cases, but the cases didn't break on their own.

Yes, we moved the little sledge hammer from the right side over to the left side to make it more visible:

On the right side we replaced it with our name:

(I waited for the silvers to answer this question for you because this stuff shows up a lot better on silver than it does on black)

Do I need a rubbermount style exhaust flange to fit my big fin jugs with xb heads? Because the solid mount exhaust flanges are not even close. I don't think I can even grind them to make them work. I'm stumped because I don't see the rubbermount flanges being that much different. Help

Sounds like you're getting very close.
What was the problem and what was your solution?
