FTW64 is an unknown quantity at this point
Default 96 xls front wheel

Anyone ever convert from a 19" dual caliper to a a 21" single caliper ?
Wondering what needs to be changed as far as axles and spacers go?

http://sportsterpedia.com/doku.php/t...heel_1986-2007

1996 - XL1200S - 19" - Front Cast 13 Spoke (silver) (DualBrake) - - Uses A02 B01 H02 BS02
1998 - XL1200C - 21" - Front Laced - - - - - - - - - (SingleBrake) -- Uses A04 B01 H02 BS02

Axles are both 3/4" - Hub Bearings are the same - Hub Spacer is the same - Outer Bearing Spacers are the same...

See here for slight differences in the axles:
http://sportsterpedia.com/doku.php/t...01#front_axles

The brake discs are different, but may still be compatible:
1996 1200S Fixed Brake Disc (for 19" Cast Wheel) - 44136-92
1998 1200C Floating Brake Disc (for 21" Spoked Wheel) - 44138-95
