Blackhawk and SnapOn, I used to like Craftsman but they sold out, same with Thorson.

Default New Oil & New Tranny Fluid

I feel really good about having done my first oil change on the bike.

It got three quarts of Spectro Heavy Duty Platinum 20W50 Full Synthetic Oil and one quart of Spectro Heavy Duty Platinum STL Full Synthetic.

Nice new DRAG SPECIALTIES DS-275126 Chrome Magnetic Ring Oil Filter and a new magnetic gold tip magnetic primary drain plug and o ring..

The bike wasn't really too warm when I changed the oil.

The level seemed a little high in oil tank after the oil change. I'm thinking it could be due to what didn't drain out since the bike wasn't that hot when I did the oil change.

So, I'm going to have another look at it tomorrow and maybe syphon a little bit out of the oil tank to bring it to dead center on the dip stick range.

Down the road I'm investing in one of the Scavenge kits so that the oil changes will literally be perfect every time.

But in closing I really feel good that I did it myself and it came out really good.

Ready to rock some miles down the road.

Best regards,

FiftySixer
