Pictures are not my strong suit. The bracket mount has a curve that matches the top of the carb, they show the install with the bracket mounted on top. This limited finger clearance on my bike because I've changed out the tank for the wider custom model. Mounting the bracket below the carb top edge gave me the clearance I needed.

Right, what Paul is describing is instead of mounting the bracket on top of the carburetor's top cover you can mount it hanging underneath the tabs where the top cover screw passes through. The provided screws are long enough to suspend the bracket from the underside and there are 2 provided nuts to secure it from the underside of the bracket. This lowers your choke knob to give more clearance with larger tanks.

I'll find a picture and post it up for you Paul.

- Ken

Thanks Ken, I will get the hang of picture posting one day, maybe. Oh, and thank you for your great products.

Get onto photobucket. c o m and create a free account. All my pictures that I post are from that site. Easy to upload and create folders too. Thanks again

Sure, it's pretty easy. I wish there were a way for the forum here to store pics because I come across many many older threads that would be amazzing sources of info if they still had the pics available.
