Stripped AR15 Lower Purchase in California
Does anyone know if I can buy a 100% finished, but stripped lower and pick up from a FFL dealer in California?
I was looking at a Palmetto State Arms lower in order to build my own AR15.
Hopefully, another California member knows the laws, I see different information.

Palmetto State Arms will be able to tell you if they can do that. Make a phone call. They'll know the applicable law. That lower with its' serial # is legally a firearm.

According to Palmetto, they can't ship complete lowers to CA, but were unsure about a stripped lower. They did say that all their lowers have serial numbers. I think I'll wait and see what my local dealer knows about purchasing these parts.
