I got everything done a while ago.

But I am having an ignition issue The bike starts runs great until warmed up then all of a sudden loses electrical power to ignition and dies after several key cycles everything comes back and bike fires right up no problem the dies again and have to do several key cycles fires up again no back fire no sputter just flat lines please help I'm going insane with this. Figured I would start here before taking it to the bike shop. I followed the 94 Fatboy wire diagram color for color with the exception of using my oem 3 wire ignition wires putting at position #1 hot (red) position #3 accessories (Red w/grey stripe and position #4 Lights (red with white stripe). See photos below for current wire and jumper installation if something isn't right please let me know.

Looks like one of those chinese repo ignition switches. With mechanical contacts on back.

Check looseness of ignition contacts while wiggling ignition anbd a fluke meter set on continuity. If it breaks contact. Either figure out how to tighten up the switch. Or go with a electronic one.

The electronic one is the one with spade connections.

Thanks roky
Actually I have the one on the left from J&P cycles and yes it has some sort of brass rivet style connector if you over tighten them it's toast. I thought about buying a new one just to see if that is the issue I will definitely spend the extra cash on the electronic one for sure.
