Default Roadster rear rack?

Hi, I'm looking to put a small luggage rack over the rear fender of my 2020 Roadster. Something minimal to bungee small packages to.

So far, everywhere I've found such racks say the same thing: "...fits all Sportster EXCEPT Roadster..." or "...except XL1200CX...". Anyone know of one that would fit? Thanks.

Seems like Crusty went thru this with his Roadster. You might PM him.

I just saw this. The sissy bar/Luggage rack for other model Sportsters will work on a Roadster. You might have to shim the mounts with washers, but they will fit. Later, I'll try to take some photos of my setup and I'll post them here.

I have a Detachable rack/sissy bar and I also have some custom hard saddlebag mounts on my '16 Roadster. here's a pic of the rack:

With the rack off, you can see how I spaced the mounts out:

And here's a side view:

Good luck with your project. If you're ever in the Cincinnati area, let me know and we can get together.

That's the one I have. I would have replied earlier but I can't remember what brand it is or where I got it.

In that case; all you need is a different seat. Good luck.

Got mine on e-Bay. No name brand so not very expensive and is great to bungee on a six pack. Finish is holding up great after 7 years. Doesn’t need a lock to keep it from getting stolen like my HD quick detach setup.
