I've re-arranged the IH carb section to include subdocs of different phases for each carb.
http://www.sportsterpedia.com/doku.p...talk:ih:carb01

Sub Doc links off the main page include:

Linkert:
Linkert Carb Identification

Rebuilding the Linkert Carb

Linkert Carb Functions, Adjustments, Tuning

Tillotson:
Tillotson Carb Identification

Rebuilding the Tillotson Carb

Tillotson Carb Functions, Adjustments, Tuning

Bendix/ Zenith:
Bendix Carb Identification

Rebuilding the Bendix Carb

Bendix Carb Functions, Adjustments, Tuning

Keihin Butterfly (non CV):
Keihin Butterfly Carb Identification

Rebuilding the Keihin Butterfly Carb

Keihin Butterfly Carb (non CV) Functions, Adjustments, Tuning

Origin of the Keihin BH Carburetor

The identification pages have pics to distinguish features or models (especially with Keihins).
I'm not done with these yet but I had to come up for air.
But I'm posting them now in case someone needs the info.
Plenty of pics in these pages. Some have vanished on the forum before I had them posted in the pedia.
Pics are not branded by PB or blurred.

If anybody sees anything that needs to be added, let us know and we'll work on it.
I'll keep kicking over cans in the mean time.

I added Cosmo Kramer's excellent pics and information to the EVO engine mount page.
That thread was coupled with theory as well as installation of the rubber mounts.

We are in the middle of creating a page in the REFerence section for TC88A Ignition Module - Specifically, the user uploadable Ignition Maps.

The page is in the REFerence Section:
Under 'Engine Control', then:
TC88A Map Files - Aftermarket Ignition Maps - Rico/JesterMotorwerkz/Rocketmangb

Thanks to Rocketmangb for providing the files created by Rico05r & himself. NPaisnel has given us a major effort by creating images of the Graphic Maps & Numerical Tables.

We are still considering whether to upload (in some form) the OEM tables that are built into the TC88A software & module.

Since neither Hippysmack or myself have a 2004-2006 bike, we are wading into this effort carefully and will need additional input from actual users on the how and why of using these maps.

I'm sure we will be collecting links to the various threads that discuss the TC88A module and these user created maps.

Perhaps you can suggest some of the most helpful thread links that we should include.

(Note that the Twin Tec site is currently down for web page changes - no tech data is available there at the moment - pretty stupid actually)
