I would look around on Craigslist and different classified sites for handlebars before dropping that much money, I would think you could find something that would work for under $100.

the bike already has a 6" pull back riser..
I have to go for it..I cant even ride it rite now because of the pain I get in my back from reaching for the stock bars. He said if I dont like the bars when their mocking them up he said no problem,they will just stick them on the shelf

Finally got new bars installed...Bars from a Super Low model
Here they are mounted to my stock 6" riser...Lovem!!

Glad they worked for you. Getting the right bars and/or risers is vital and so unscientific, one can run through some serious frustration, but once it's right...it's SO good. Never settle for less than you need in order to look forward to getting on and going.

Thanks for your reply! Now i just gotta send my sundowner seat out,need to fix me from sliding forward,maybe differant material up front,maybe have them add padding and build it up,not sure

Those 57209-11 bars... the base Width ...that is the width either side of the knurled section...roughly the width where the holes for the cable clips go...
What width do you make that to be ..if you still have that bike. All the spec sheets I see on the Harley Handle Bar catalogue show it at 4.75 inch, barely wider than the clamp.. where as most others are a lot wider..like 7.75
Just wonder if the 4.75 is a typo.
