Returned the first one and after testing they found an issue. Sent me a replacement and bike starts and runs but believe I now have issues with the vacuum lines, 21 years old, so replacing all of them to be proactive.

Probably going to be just as painful as a new joint because of all the work that will be done.
And on the nasty tappet noise my bike made after taking it out of the trailer when I arrived, it hasnÂ’t made the noise again. Changed the oil and filter and put on a few hundred miles since. nothing funny in the drained oil and found no metal in the filter when I split it open.
It must of have gotten motion sick from being bounced around in a very hot dark trailer for two days.
Cheers all and thanks for joining the event.

Mick I'm with ya. My left shoulder is being replaced October 26th. I'm just a little nervous. My right shoulder was re[ired in 1973 and I still to this day remember the rehab Geez too many get offs road racing when I was alot younger. Yeah hurts now but wouldnt change anything. Good luck on your upcoming procedures!

Hope things go smoothly for you. I’ve had so many surgeries I’m starting to looked stitched together like Frankenstein's monster.
Good luck.
