Rear Brake for 89 Sportster
I wanted to change my rear disk rotor to one that is drilled like the front one but it seems that the later model disks are not interchangeable. Is there a way to change the whole rear brake to a later model so I can use the stock later model drilled rotor? Would I need a different swing arm?

Why not get an aftermarket drilled rotor? A quick search on JP Cycles for an 89 Hugger turns up 26 rear rotors. Drilled, spoked, floating, the works.
