Some of those feedbacks are funny, I'll have to remember some of them I have bought from him in the past without problems, but I will not buy from anyone that abuses my fellow forum members. I buy & sell quite a bit on e-bay but I have never made a negative feedback personal.

I have bought a lot of stuff from them never a problem just got a scorpian clutch off of them for $150 less than anywhere that sells them. There are two sides to every story.

Never bought from him and now never will!!

No matter the circumstances, He is certainly not the intelligent professional type of person you want to deal with !!!

I'll remember this, although some of those are rather funny. Its really very clear he's not a very professional person, and he hates Canadians.

Earlier this year I bought a set of LA Choppers exhaust pipes from them for my Road King, supplied through Drag Specialty's. Price was good.

After about 3 months, the shields cracked. No warranty was mentioned, but I called them anyway to see if anything could be done. I expected that all they might offer is to let me buy a new set of shields. The guy at American Classic Motors said he would find out about it.

When he got back with me he told me he found out that LA Choppers was bought out by a new company. He apparently called them and raised hell on my behalf and gave me a name and phone number to call. When I called the number a man answered telling me his ass was still sore from the chewing out he got. He further explained that they were not going to continue making the pipes I bought but offered to repair and re-chrome my broken shields for free If I agree to ship them. I did and they did. Because of this I give American Classic Motors two thumbs up.

I've personally seen this guys interactions with some of the members here. For those that don't know, he actually had an account with us a while back. After reading some of the things he wrote here I would NEVER buy from this guy. Saving a few bucks on a part isn't everything. I'd much rather save up a little bit more money and buy from someone who I trust. I know that because of his unprofessional manner on here he has lost at least a couple sales...probably won't matter much to him, but I won't buy from him and I have told four other friends/family members of mine not to buy from him (and they didn't) when they were looking at picking up some stuff from him. So that's 5 people that will never purchase from him simply because of the manner that he talked to us here on the XL Forum.

Lots of people have decent transactions with him sure, the numbers speak for themselves. But if you have a problem then good luck! ...and prepare for some "you're an idiot" feedback on ebay.

The true measure of a vendor is not one who helps you out when things are going well, instead, it is one who helps you out when things are going poorly. Misrouted package, broken part, wrong part, you don't like the part....all of these are things that happen and a good vendor will help you with. A poor vendor will hang you out to dry. They are left holding the money and you are left holding a part you can't use.

Buyer Beware
