Old thread...but something to be aware of on the 08+ bikes w/ 25mm axles is that the holes in the ends are NOT the same size. I bought some bobbins at Amazon to make finding the axle center and doing a wheel alignment easier.

I use a home made rod for the length between the swing arm pivot and the rear axle. I check to make sure the belt is riding somewhere in the middle of the rear sprocket. I take the bike for a spin and take my hands off the handle bars to see if it drifts to the right or left and adjust the axle accordingly. Sometimes it takes a few rides to get it sorted out. This way works for a chain, too. I've been doing it this way since the 1970's.
