That trucker braked for a split second then kept on going....must not have a legit license, which may be why he wasn’t aware of the height restriction?

The trailer has hydraulic cylinders to raise and lower the ramps to facilitate loading. They load the upper deck and then raise the rear of the upper ramp to allow for loading the lower deck. After loading the lower deck, the upper deck rear ramp should have been lowered back down to just clear the roof of the car on the lower deck and locked in place. Who ever loaded the cars did not lower the upper deck ramp back down and lock it after loading.
