My latest build
Not a sporty build but thought I'd share it because I'm pretty proud of this one. A few of you have seen it. While the credit really needs to go Don Dorman @ HD Street Performance that got my heads flowing 320cfm @28" 7000rpm and my tuner Jason @ C&S Speedshop. Can't say enough about these two guys. Truly masters of their trades. Jason is really a TTS guy but did this with the PV due to availability issues of the TTS and I had no choice. A good tuner can get it done regardless of the device. He uses multiple programs and the PV is really just to flash with.
But I'm the mastermind behind this rare, hard to beat twin cam 107/Tman 590 work of art starting from the S&S crank up. I wanted to build the quickest 107 making the most power while being as bulletproof as possible. I hit it out of the park and did it running a rare set of true duals that outperform most 2in1s. Really shook sh!t up in Twinkieland with it and it's square numbers usually seen in an all bore 107 not a stroker 107. The 590s have an IVC of 43° and my ccp is 212psi.
Not your typical twinkie torque curve...

Damn... what rear tire & pressure are you running?

It's a metzler 888. I don't recall what he inflated it to tbh. I normally run a bit on the low side tho. But yeah, that's the tire slipping on the drum. Lot of torque.
I need a stickier tire tho.
I forgot to mention I don't run the stock 34 tooth compensator but a 30 tooth solid sprocket. Power transfer is like instant. I also run B&M TrickShift in the primary. The clutch grabs real nice.
This is in a 2013 Heritage Softail Classic stripped down to solo mode.
Some other mods are an HPI 55/58 TB, 5.3 injectors, and the heads have 1.980/1.615 valves. It's running the displacement at 117 in the PV to keep so many of the VEs from maxing out.

I like that torque line, and you have power where you spend most of the time-done before 6k
Well thought-out build
I ditched the compensator too, I forget the teeth but it's geared 6% lower which I like.
The factory gearing is too tall in my opinion.
If I had the funds right now I would like the same for my dyna. It's 96" with 50k
Enough of dyna talk you done good.

Well done. Those are impressive numbers, especially the air flow. Would you share what the valve size is and at what lift that was measured at?

Thanks guys. Yeah everything including the 55/58mm HPI throttle body(as opposed to a straight 58mm) was a deliberate, well thought out part of the plan geared at enhancing mid and high rpm torque. Which is why the low rpm torque was a shocker. Especially with true duals. But I already knew these Pro Streets were a rare exception as far as true duals go. I know a guy that did 115/115 with them in a 98" build.
The heads flow 320cfm @ 28" 7000rpm. 310ish @ 6000rpm. 290-300 is considered exceptional.
1.980 intake valves. 1.615 exhaust.
I'll post the flow sheets later. They're pretty impressive.
Both him and my tuner are also both high rpm hp guys. Not the usual low end stump pullers everyone seems to be in twinkieland. Running cams with an 18° IVC for fk sakes. I'll never understand that mentality and the fascination with 6th gear roll ons.
