I think there will be a nice showing of XL members and friends, it should be an epic adventure (as Sportsterdude.248 says).

Joesporty; Do we have a tentative count on participants?

That's great! Let's get the patch and decal design nailed down, I want to make sure we can get them in time for the ride.

I think the patch should at least have a dragon on them doesnt have to be the one i posted..im sure the patch shop has access to all kinds of clipart type stuff...
and it should also say XLF 2010 deals gap ride or something like that....we could wait until the weather breaks and take a ride to the patch shop......once we have the patch design down..ill take that to the sticker place and get those made to match....

I'm checking to see if there are any copyright issues, I guess we need to talk to Bert and get his okay on using the forum name on the patch. I'll send him a PM on that now.

Heck anymore beer ain't even cheap.

I PMd Bert, will get back with you as soon as I know.

Hey can you post the route on this thread so we don't have to go back to the old one. Plus I think you should make the map clearer, maybe get rid of roads and such that don't pertain.

I am currently mulling around on joining in on this one... I rode down last summer but I really don't need an excuse to do it again.

Have you guys added the event to the Dragon Calendar?

Tail of the Dragon events calendar

Also here are some patch websites to get an idea on pricing & design...
